I helped Aseret on her D1 at Columbia, from which she called me back to work on her D2. I hadn’t taken lighting 1, or any Camera Seminar class, so I ended up renting externally thru Eleven04. Shout-out to them for not giving me a hard time! Being able to film this on the Arri Alexa Classic as a freshman was stunning, and had an amazing look. After completing this film, I can say I did 4 completed D2’s before ever taking lighting 2 at Columbia.
